I'm doing a "bone in" 7 lb turkey beast today. I'm looking for some feedback as I have never done one before.
Dome temp, est cooking time, pan or no pan, ect.
Thanks in advance for your responses.

i would follow mad max's tried and true recepie. although since you are just doing a breast do not ice it.

there is no need to ice the breast if you dont have the thighs and legs to contend with

You can't go wrong with Dr. BBQ. I love everything he cooks. On this video, he shows you how he does turkey breasts two different ways. I might try the Cajun one first.__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious
