Turkey Breast Cooking Times

I know this question has been asked a hundred times, I have probably asked it myself before,
What is the per pound smoking time of a turkey breast at 250 - 300 degrees?
I have 6 to smoke for my office party.

You want the breast at 160 when you pull it from the Egg. At 250, mine are usually done in 90 minutes, and they are monsters.*******Owner of a large and a beloved mini in Philadelphia

What is the size on the ones that you do? The one I am doing is around 8lbs, I was thinking in the neighborhood of 60 to 90 minutes at 325??jlsm said:You want the breast at 160 when you pull it from the Egg. At 250, mine are usually done in 90 minutes, and they are monsters.

Mine are 8 to 10 pounds. You might want to cook as low as you can if you want it smoked. I would shoot for 250 rather than 325, which is more of a roasting temp. Give yourself two hours though I doubt it will take that long.*******Owner of a large and a beloved mini in Philadelphia
