It’s almost Halloween and if you’re cooking on your EGG, you may end up with more people knocking on your door asking for pork chops than candy! Blackened catfish and roasted potatoes

Fish coated in butter, then coated with spice mixture of black pepper, red pepper, salt, cumin, paprika, and thyme. Red potatoes sliced, coated in evo sprinkled with salt, pepper and garlic. Scotty stable at 450, raised direct, potatoes on in large foil pan covered with foil for about 40 minutes, removed foil top for 10 minutes to brown a bit. At this point I also placed cat iron skillet on lower grate to get it very hot. Pulled potatoes and took upper grate off, added a tablespoon of cooking oil and put in fillets. About 2 minutes and flip, chook until flaky (about two minutes).
