He's a rookie when it comes to stuffed burgers but a great photographer.
Two slices of provolone, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, little fishes, Bomba, red onion and torn basil. Forgot the capers and didn't have any procuitto.
On the medium with cast iron grid
Cooked, with toasted bun
First time I had a cut pic.

There's a lot of information in old posts (before the split) and I find it easier to find those old posts on the other forum as I find the search feature on this forum to be a bit lacking. Another option to linking direct to the other forum would be to copy the URL from the other forum, paste it into your post here and replace "www.g...com" with "eggheadforum.com". The URL will redirect itself to the old thread on this forum.
For example, these both go to the same thread:

This looks great, I had a burger just like this once at Hardees down in Georgia, one of the tastiest burgers I can recall; and no problems whatsoever digesting it -

LOL, I love you guys. I am not quite smart enough to only speak in Haiku's, but perhaps one day. ( I was not trying and realize the syllables needed in each line)How do people like stuffed burgers? more or less than "regular" ones?

Here's one of my favorite haikus:
