Thanks for the info on the pork shoulders, as a follow-up question, for two 5 1/2 lb pork shoulders with the BGE set for indirect and at approx. 235 should I be looking for about 1
hr per lb indirect followed by about 1/2 hr. per pound wrapped in foil
(also indirect)? Thanks again.

Can't help you but if you were using 235* dome you would be close to two hours sans foil

Wrapping through the stall you should expect anywhere between 1 1.5 hours per lbs. but it can always differ. 2 hours to be on the safe side and FTC if they get done sooner.Anderson, SC
