    I've done these too but used the plate setter and smoked them.  I usually wrap some bacon around them too.  Totally an indulgence meal!  (For the record I use swiss with the ham, but i tried gouda recently too and it was good). 
  • Looks good, but I'm a sauce guy.  Did you make a sauce with this?
