Sorry...no plating picture... The ribs didn't fit! Hope everyone had a great holiday on the Egg!

So how did they taste? Bet good.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

They were great...used a simple rub and finished with a raspberry balsamic vinegar and mustard glaze. -
Looks good, I have yet to do beef ribs.

Beef ribs are awesome....the trick is finding ribs with meat on the bone.....these look good

This is a large. I use two nested Weber 3601 rib racks(Amazon) and try to just use every other slot to keep the ribs from touching. This cook was a pretty tight squeeze...I had to get a bit creative!
