Lemme just say that those of you that have been raving about them were spot on. We LOVED it. I t-rexed it (more or less) and it was just awesome. Great beef flavor and a nice texture too. I can't wait to make another one for company.[p]

    One of my favorites. Be carefull about letting your secret out. They are really hard to find in Missouri.

    I also did a small piece of one, small eaters here so we cut em in half and make two meals out it. Did mine at about 475 about 8 min a side with a 5 min dwell.
