Saw this on YouTube and I thought I'd give it a try.
Ingredients:
Chicken - Boneless Thighs taste JUST like the Chinese Food places with this recipe, but any chicken pieces will do.
Soy Sauce - Deep enough to dip in a pan.
Orange Marmalade - I use a tablespoon or two depending on how much I am making.
That's IT for ingredients. I didn't believe it would be so good until I tried it myself.
Method:
On this cook, I used 11 pounds of boneless skinless breasts. Because they were thick, I cut each one in half to make them uniform and avoid overcooking.
Whisp the Orange Marmalade in the Soy Sauce.
Sear the chicken on the grill before dipping. Once seared on the outside, dip each piece in the Soy sauce mixture ala Roadside chicken style. Keep the pieces moving, and keep the pieces dipping.
I made this with boneless thighs the other day and they were AWESOME.
So good they are hard to stop eating and snacking on.
Try it Hope you'll like it.
