The 1st is when the bird went on and the 2nd is about 30 minutes into the cook, I'm now about 45 mins in. That is a pan of red potatoes, mushrooms, green beans, onion & green peppers below the chicken. I also attached a couple other pictures, i dont have a one of the finished product on the brisket but it turned out awesome.

0 · Off Topic Disagree Agree LikeThey are hot italian sausages, peppers and onions. On the top is some corn on the cob with olive oil & old bay. That cook was one evening after work about a week or so ago.
