All the advice attained from my previous post resulted in fabulous first Trex steak!   Thanks to the members!  It was a great way to re-acclimate to food...

Pre-seasoning with some Frankenmuth Brewery Oktoberfest to help the process.

Second side searing at 750 degrees...I luv this grill!

Post sear rest with home made wine assistance.

Warm triple fudge brownie with ice cream...

    Thanks!  I used the Big Green Egg brand that I got with the grill.  My local dealer sells it for $18.00 per bag.
