First Rack of Lamb

Had my first go around with a rack of lamb tonight.  Used the dizzy pig: red eye express rub, PS legs up, with grate on top.  Went for 35 min at 350 F, turned out very nice.  Meat was very tender & juicy, almost a perfect medium rare I think.  Picture is a little blurry, this was after we cut 2 off.  Thanks for the look!
