First Rack of Lamb

Had my first go around with a rack of lamb tonight. Used the dizzy pig: red eye express rub, PS legs up, with grate on top. Went for 35 min at 350 F, turned out very nice. Meat was very tender & juicy, almost a perfect medium rare I think. Picture is a little blurry, this was after we cut 2 off. Thanks for the look!

Thanks! I was a little nervous at first and wasn't sure how they turned out but my wife & I were very pleased. Kept it simple with some mashed potatoes & green beans as sides. -
I have been wanting to try lamb, hmm maybe this is my next challenge!

I love those little racks of lamb cooked on the Egg! I do these all the time in the oven, kosher salt on both sides, 10 minutes meat side down @425F, then flip, cover the meat side with dijon mustard and crushed garlic and back in the oven for 10-12 minutes, sometimes longer if it's a big one. Target done temp is 145F. One of these days, I'll try one on the egg.

Ha ha, yeah. I forgot to check the pick after I took it. Just dove straight in & almost forgot the pic altogether. We got this rack from costco. Was very pleased with the quality. -
I love rack of lamb! Still haven't tried to make it yet but I think it's going to be soon. Yours looks great!
