Looks so good. How long did those puppies take?

Not too long currycoma...about 6 hours at 250 dome. Each one was only 3lbs.

Don't be afraid to bring pulled beef up to a higher finishing temp than pulled pork. 205-215 not out of the question. Mine usually pull sufficiently well around 205 or so in the thickest part.Packerland, Wisconsin -
