Pork Belly Cakes

Was watching the cooking channel yesterday and they were talking about a pulled pork cake.  Like a crab cake but with pulled pork.  It looked like it was pulled pork, with some suace, cream cheese, peppers, onions and various spices.  Then it was breaded with panko and fried. 

Has anyone ever made these before and maybe have a more exact recipe?
