I finally had a little success with pizza(albeit Walmart deli brand). I had been having alot of problems with burning the crust despite trying to follow all the good advice on the board. Tonight, I used my platesetter, and put the pizza stone on an inverted woo2. Had the temps around 450 from being gunshy from several epic fails...Worked out pretty good. Got to take advantage of the high temps in the top of the dome without worrying about the flames from hades below burning my pie..Next, Ill be trying some home--made crust!

After two burned crusts at 550 - 600 degrees, I discovered the same thing - 450 with stone raised above grate on plate setter legs up for 10 minutes was the ticket
