Experiment took a left turn

Decided to use the bacon jam mixed with cream cheese, Cluck
and Squeal AP,  fresh chives and a little
Mexican oregano and make ABT's.  Mixed
everything together and piled on it high on some split jalapeños and then
tightly wrapped it with 1 slice of bacon.

    Sounds good. I made some with cream cheese and Boudin. Try that out next time if Boudin is available in your area.  Its in the Houston area so I'd expect it would be there. Once you remove the casing from the boudin, it will crumble easily to be mixed with the cream cheese.
