So, I realize this posting is going to turn into a massive bragging board, but I want to see all of  y'alls entries!  What have you cooked on the Big Green Egg?  I have only had mine for three months, and I am shocked on how much I use it, and what I have cooked on it so far.  SO, I fully expect to get "shown the ropes" on this list, but I am going to start. I am interested in your postings because I want to see even more creative ideas from you so I can ask you questions. My List so far:

  • Pork Shoulder (Simple to do, Incredible reults!)
  • Beef Brisket
  • Ribeyes
  • Beef Filet Tenderloin
  • New York Steak
  • Flank Steak
  • Scallops
  • Whole Chicken
  • Chicken Drummies
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Pineapple Chunks and Spears (that was amazing)
  • Asparagus
  • Halfed Artichokes
  • Green Beans
  • Pizza
  • Lamb chops
  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Shrimp
  • Tacos Al Pastor
  • Bell Peppers
  • Onions

I know - just a babe in the woods here... I want to know more about what you have done!   I want to do a whole turkey, and a prime rib, just haven't gotten there yet.  Don't know if I am brave enough to try a whole pig.
