Spatchcock Chicken

I did my first spatchcock chicken on the BGE today with baked potatoes. I used a rub on the chicken and added rosemary and thyme. The chicken turned out awesome. The best we have ever had. I then adjusted the temp and put on a pork shoulder for an overnight smoking. The forum is a big help. Thanks to all
