Just put my second brisket on the egg.  Planning on eating tomorrow afternoon.  I followed Travis' approach a few weeks ago and it was a huge hit!!!  Thanks Travis.

Running the egg with Cyber Q at 220 - looking for a brisket temp of 200.  I used Lawry's buffalo sauce with beer and onion.  Here are the start up pictures. 

More to come late tomorrow .  Off to bed to let it cook.

    Man, that's a new plate setter????   Clean joker!     So you cooked it in the pan?  I've never cooked it in juice, does it also have the smoky flavor too???  I'll have to try that sometime too!  I got a brisket on the Egg right now.  Been on since about 1400 today, won't be able to sleep cause I'm licking my lips!!!
