Cedar Plank Salmon

Wife wanted fish so I made her Cedar Plank Salmon with Chimichurri.
I was thinking I wanted to try new veggies on the egg so I did Summer Squash with a crown sugar and red pepper rub that I made the day before. I then did some Bok Choy that I marinated in Soy,Siracha,Honey and Olive Oil.
Everything came out great. Im really liking Bok Choy alot more.
Also had thses two sausages (Cherry and Chipotle Pork).
Wine was a 2007 Cakebread.

Ive done both. Wife wanted cedar so it was her birthday week.Lose the cedar plank and use just about anything else ... IMHO!
