First Brisket

Had a bad Friday and a not so good Saturday. Despite being worn out, I opened a new bottle of Angel's Envy and fired up the Egg for my first real brisket cook - a 7.5 pound something or other. Travis told what it wasn't but didn't tell me what it was. Using pecan chunks. Dome temp almost 250 so I am about to put the young lady on her back.
Born and raised in NOLA. Now live in East TN.
