I have done one before and it came out incredicle, but did not use the deep dish stone. I used a deep dish pie pan and cooked it that way. I could see that being very useful though and look forward to seeing if any folks have used it.

How would you do it? It works best with a flat stone to preheat it and use a peel. How could you build a deep dish pie and get it into a hot deep dish stone? Looks like that could be really good.

My dealer was telling me that they can't get the deep dish stones in from the mothership. Anyone else seeing these at their dealers yet? Curious.
