Purchased new egg last week. Did a brisket and ribs for daughters graduation. I ma really loving it but still learning on it. Attached is my first pizza. Used a pampered chef stone but plan on getting another as I have read they are not reccomended.

    "This is a great simple pizza crust recipe. I make mine in a mixer with a bread hook, but be careful not to over mix and the crust will be tough. I didn't prebake mine any and it came out perfect."

    1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

    1 tablespoon white sugar

    2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

    3 tablespoons olive oil

    1 teaspoon salt

    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    Topings of choice.

    Warm milk add sugar ( I used turbinado sugar) and yeast. I put all other ingredients infood processor with dough blade. Mix in warm milk. Mix until dough is formed. Turn out into bowl. Let rise 10 -15 min.
    Start egg.
    Prepare toppings. Roll out dough. Prepare pizza on parchment. Bake at 425 on warm stone for 15-18 minutes.
