Beef Negimayaki, Teriyaki Shrimp, and Udon soup.

Beef Negimayaki is green onions, rolled up in beef (I used ribeye) that is marinated in Teriyaki sauce.

    That looks good. I make a similar dish by wrapping the beef around water chestnuts and serve it as an appetizer. Now I will try it with green onions and have it for dinner. Thanks for posting.
