I have a loaf of bread rising that needs to cook covered at 475 in a dutch oven for about an hour. We have the egg on for burgers... can I put the le crueset dutch oven on top of the grid after burgers? Do I switch to the plate setter? If so, does the plate setter need to come to temp before placing the oven on it to avoid cracking the setter? Can I heat both the dutch oven and setter up together?
