I am a retailer that has sold Weber Grills for over 15 years and just brought on BGE receiving a truck load today. Am going to do an advertised demonstration on Saturday and need some kick ass step by step recipes for Low & Slow BBQ Ribs and/or Chicken. Any recommendations from the Pro's?
