I have a 6 lb RAW corned beef.

I wanted to know if it would be any good if I cooked it on the Egg?

I've done brisket. But not a CB.

Thanks.

"Corned" beef is an old word for salted beef. If you cook this brisket, you may get something tender, but unpleasantly salty. The traditional method for cooking CB is boiling, often with vegetables, which could use the salt. Put it into a pot in the 'fridge for a day or two, changing the water a couple of times, before you Egg it.

I have cooked a corned beef in the oven before the egg but you just might be able to do it on the egg. It called for hot honey mustard and brown sugar rub. Wrapped in heavy duty AF and baked at 350 for 2 hours. Then more hot honey mustard and brown sugar on the top and allowed to brown. It was very good.
