Hi, First off thanks for all the great tips I learned from reading old threads. I have been egging since Jan when I purchased my large. I am hooked! To my question. I am going to smoke a picnic and I want to know if I should remove the skin before I cook it. Thanks for the help in advance!

most don't. you can though. more bark if you do. you can also leave it on but slice it a bajillion times and get some rub down in there, and then eat the skin itself .

Thanks, I decided to remove half the skin. the skin I left on I scored (deep) a few spots. Then rubbed. I think this is a good way to see what I like.
