It's gorgeous here in Indy so since I'm on vacation thought I'd do some maintence on my egg. Cleaned it out with my shop vac and calibrated my therm. The only thing left I have to do is put a new gasket on...

One more thing. Put some food on it and cook. Then post the pictures.. HAVE FUNSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
