Hi everyone, first time poster, well not just here, anywhere actually, I'm Jay and after many months of lurking, whilst working up to actually taking the ceramic plunge, I finally have the best purchase I have ever made, all I can say is wow! Totally out of this world, food is never gonna be the same again. living in the UK all my life, I can honestly say that real Que is somewhat of a rarity, having said that I have been smokin all winter on a beat up old steeler and got to say the food that came off that was better than any BBQ that I'd had before, but now I have a BGE things have gone from good to unbelievable, if I'd known just how good this thing cooks I'd of bought it years ago! Anyhoo thought you'd like to see some evidence.
