I've cooked one butt at 250 for 7/12 hrs and it was was perfect. I'm cookin 4 this weekend. Will it take significantly longer for that many?

I have 4 ten pounders and 2 eight pounders on mine right now keeping the temp right at 300. I have two more ten pounders to do after these and 80 pounds of wings and legs to be done by 3;30 tomorrow.

Dang. I'm not so worried about mine now.

The only thing that adds to the cooking time is it'll take your BGE a little longer to get back up to temp because of the larger cold mass. So you'll just need a little more patience at the beginning and leave everything alone. It makes no difference if the butts are touching because they start to shrink very quickly and pull away from each other.
