Made some steaks and asparagus on the egg last night.

I think the egg is hot enough. LOL

Steaks just about done.

Crap Jasper 8-X Don't tell me after you opened the first time and got that you sent someone to take a pic of the second time.

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
