I just started the egg using StokerX on the Mac. I know you don't use a meat probe on baby back ribs but I'm dying to try it out. has anyone put a meat probe in a rack of ribs?

Yes but just as a test. Just use the grate probe and fan. I did that yesterday. I smoke ribs until they look good. 6 hours yesterday for 4 racks of BBs. You can use it, but because the meat in bb's is thin, I would not *rely* on it.
