Anybody know for certain if one of these bad boys will fit in a large BGE with the grate on top of the fire ring?

  • With a 18" cooking grid in the would fit, but you would not have air flow as the inside of the fire ring is less than 17".  If you had a grid extender you would be fine.

    SMITTYtheSMOKER , Thanks - never thought of that. And moving it up the felt line kind of defeats the purpose as i wanted to use it for blackening.
