A new record for me...Still had enough lump in the egg that I could have cooked 4 or 5 more I believe... Getting dough ready for that was a real chore....
Made so many - It's hard to remember and I was too busy to take pics..
Made two sauces - Putanesca (awesome)and a more basic (also awesome)..
My favorite -
Fried up some hot Italian sausage first and used a mix of freshly grated Mozzarella and Provolone with a little bit of fresh Parm/Romano.. And used these sweet red cherry Peppers from the Fresh Market Antipasta bar...Oh Boy it was my favorite for sure.
What fun!!!

using fresh dough is a challenge. our 1s attempt, we thought we were smart and rolled out the dough, dressed it and waitted for the egg to come to temp. WRONG!! the dough ended up sticking to the cutting board and was just a mess. The 2nd one for the night was awesome though.
What temp you cooking your za's at? -
I cooked at 550... It is a perfect temp for the dough and thickness I use... When I have really sticky dough I've used my Super Pizza Peel. This thing is unbelievable...

I have to be honest, I used Trader Joe's dough.. It's really good...still a pain to roll out, especially for 10 pizzas.. -
10 pies? WOW! I can't even get get 1 right.

I'm gonna try and smoke a DUCK! First try,any advice?
-
I want to try that too - I will not be much help and I'll have to follow your lead..
Funniest thing I was in Asia and went to dinner with these guys from Japan who love "Peking Duck".. Beautiful red crispy duck and the waiter comes to slice it and they only give you the skin with some little pancakes and sauce you roll it up!! They took away the duck meat...Apparently that's the way its served.. Amazed and guess it was the next days soup or something.. It was very very good though. -
 I googled one recipe that said to smoke it on a cedar plank, throw away the duck, then eat the plank!

Well... I don't see any pictures...

Some of the guests took pictures on their phones, here is one my wife took w/her camera. I was so busy cooking I didn't get to take the shots - Wish I did.....
This was pizza #2 - A little of #1 was on my sons plate in the back. Sorry thats all I got!

Great Jerry, now you take some photos next time ok? :P

When I cooked my first pizza earlier last week I had the same issue with the dough sticking to the pan and such. So the next attempt I sprinkled a nice amount of flower on my pizza tray and counter which worked really well.
That superpeel looks nice, I need to get one of those -- thanks for the tip!
