Lookin to hear a few opinions on your go to rub or OTC. Over the counter brand. I've had good success with dizzy pig the last few years. Interested in always adding something new to the bag if tricks. As far as sauce been rolling with the hog.

For baby backs, it's Uncle Kenny's Rib Rub.
Steak, Dizzy Pig Cow Lick Steak rub or Butcher Block Garlic Lover Steak

So far Memphis dust is my favorite, just make sure you use fresh hungarian paprika and fresh garlic powder. I haven't used it on beef but pork is amazing. I haven't warmed up to DP products yet.Be WellKnoxville TN
