Looks like you copied only part of the url. Also, you need the html tags [ img ] [ /img ] (no spaces).

Click on help in the forum menu, then click on FAQ's. You have to send the pic's to a remote server. Most here use Photobucket.

You can use PhotoBucket or Flickr. (And possibly others.) Accounts are generally free, I think, though you only have room for a certain number of photos. (I haven't hit that limit yet on Flickr.)
