First stir-fry on the Egg

I have had my wok for 25 years, and it has been very kind to me :laugh:
Want to try a stir-fry on the Egg, but wasn't sure how it would work with this set up. It ended up, working like a charm and might have had the best veggies ever.

Some pics

Wanted a little heat

The raws, chicken,red pepper,bok choy,onions, shrooms,hot peppers,snow peas

The wok just sat on the grid with the lump piled to the front

Ready with some rice noodles


This was really tasty, the heat level from the peppers was just enough :laugh:

Will be doing this a lot more :)
