Mini stand change?

Anybody know anything about a change in the stand for the mini? Just saw a pic of one that didn't use the ring around the body? -RP

Rumor had it a while back that a change in design was in the works - where did you see the one you mentioned?
RonRe-gasketing the USA one yard at a time -
Some design changes were needed. The old ones with the seam in the dome would hit 665 deg. dome temp with the daisy wheel on and just the petals open. :laugh:

Was it from Egg?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
