My 1st Butt - to celebrate 3 birthdays

Well it's been a year since I made the purchase and converted to lump charcoal. Many of my friends and family all celebrate our birthdays in the early weeks of July so why not try the big crowd pleaser? Pulled Pork!
Ordered a 10.5lb Boston Butt from the local Butcher because these things just aren't as readily available as it appears they are elsewhere (not at Costco, Wally World, etc). Started at 10pm while watching the Sucker Punch Blu-Ray....Yellow mustard and a healthy shaking of DP Dizzy Dust were all I used to rub it down. Pecan and Apple wood for smoke.... Anyone use the Whiskey chips or chunks out there?
Got up at 5:am :pinch: to check the meat (as well as watch the British Formula-1) and due to much forum assistance over the past year excitedly found the egg had remained a constant 250°.
Injected with rum and Mango juice :woohoo: at 12 hours. Plateau lasted nearly 3 hours and a total of 18 hours later pulled at 190°. This Pork was FABULOUS! The bone popped out without any resistance, the meat was tender and full of flavour, finished with apple cider vinegar and a light BBQ sauce.
Served with ABT's, Home-made pickled Red Onions, Pertater Salad, Coleslaw, Quinoa Salad, Guac, Baked Beans, Fruit and Fresh-caught Pacific Spot Prawns..... Parents returned from summering on the boat come so that Mom/Granny could make the Coffee Angel Food Cake for My youngest who turns 19 tomorrow. What a night, Everyone over-ate and absolutely raved over the pork.
My New Ceramic Kyocera Knife - SUPER_Sharp!!(B-Day Gift from my sons)
Pardon the semi-focused images.....
Murphy the Starved-for-attention maniac Dog belonging to my brother....
Enjoyer of the cake.......
Thanks for looking!!

I filled the injector about 4 times.... maybe a total of 250ml Mixe was about 70/30 in favour of the mango juice. -
Looks like a great time was had by all. Nothing better than when a cook comes out great.
