Turkey Breast boneless brined

Brined a 3# boneless turkey breast last night, this morning rinsed and dryed. placed on Small BGE 375F for 1 hour 15 minutes. Was 73F when went on, pulled around 165F, depending where you measured. EGGstremely moist.

    Took 2-3 TBS Magical Mystery Mix( any salt mix will work), 3 Tbs Turbindo sugar, 1-2 Tbs Holy smokin' chipotle. Brought to a low boil to dissolve the salt and sugar. Let cool. poked lots holes in breast and placed in ss bowl with the cooled liquid to cover. Added water if needed to cover. Let sit in frig overnight and then rinsed, wrapped in towel and seasoned for the cook.
