First Spatchcock Chicken

I have cooked plenty of whole chickens and have even butterflied some and cooked "brick style". I have never heard of the spatchcock method until I starting playing around on here. I will probably never cook a chicken any other way again!!
after sitting in the fridge for 24 hours
