Don't they know I'm waiting for my Thermapen?!
Not to mention that I'm itching to order my adjustable rig.

i just got an old fishing reel mailed from canada and it took just a couple days and the sender was nervous about the strike, are they just holding out on incoming deliveries :laugh:fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

Last I checked USPS won't accept delivers to Canada for now.
-
that is weird I took down a bunch to the post office this am and they went off fine. they just asked if our customers were aware of the strike and possible delay. LOL DUH.. kinda... they live there LOL
-
Odd, I wonder if it was just for our district.

They should have the legislation in place by Thursday but, if the union is smart, they will settle for the offer on the table. It's a dying business and Fedex or Purolator could do the whole thing cheaper and better.

No No No No F*&^ NO
If we depend on the couriers to bring things across the boarder we will be stuck with paying $50 "brokerage fees"/larceny on $10 of stuff. USPS to Canada Post is the only reasonable way to get things across the border.

I'm talking about letting Canada Post go to an organisation that could run it. Lose the monopoly. Probably get a few bucks for it too. It is still in the hands of destuctive people and managing will never work.

Ah, but Canada Post owns Purolator so the strike just increases sales in another division...I googled it.

They shut us down today.. hauled everything into the post office and hauled it all back out LOL three trips...

Now that's a lot of work!!!

Well I'm obviously still waiting for my thermapen (which sucks cause I'm over cooking everything) but at least I'm getting lots of time to consider what I what from the ceramic grill store...

This has been positive for my business, a reason to go to electronic invoices and EFT. Much faster, it was coming. but this is a great way to make it happen now. Less business for CP forever.

or.. fire the Union workers and hire folks who really want to work?

Mail delivery starts tomorrow!!! Can't wait to get it.
Time to call Tom too:)
