    I have a 3.5 lb eye of round defrosted. How are you going to set up your cook? How do you usually serve yours? I think someone recommended to me way back to thin slice for sandwiches...

    My wife is cooking tonight and letting me take a break.She is cooking country fried steak,mashed potatoes with gravy,fresh snapped pole beans and vine ripe sliced tomatoes.
