Before I cook my hanger...

I've read through all the previous posts... I'm going with 400... is that direct or indirect... can't tell from some of the pics... thanks!

Direct for sure....if you're going for medium rare, you can bump that temp up. Depending on the thickness of the hanger, I'll normally do mine at 550-600.

I did one last night. It was hot tubbed at about 105F for about an hour and a half then finished at 400F direct for a couple of minutes per side. It turned out pretty good and the kids kept asking for seconds.

about 450 direct works best. ..just a quick grilling on each side till medium rare. . .keep it simple . .. .
