Couldn't make up my mind - did both
Two Chuckies on the small at 7pm
Two Butts on the XL at 8pm
Pulled the chuckies off for the night and said goodnight to the butts
Chuckies went back on this morning for more smoke and braising. Pulling the chuckies

Vacuum packed - all but One pack of beef and two packs of pork went to my son and DIL's house in Katy
Nice when you can ask what would you like to take home with you and you get pulled beef and pork for answer.

I love cooking for family and friends
There is this nice young lady that cooked 15 racks one time for a family function. She luvs to cook for family functions and wears a red/white checkered apron that she lends to celebrity cooks for pics. :woohoo: :woohoo: -
