The menu:

Grilled Florida corn on the cob.

Fresh grilled grouper.

Time to eat. Squid Lips(the famous seafood restaurant)has nothing over us eggheads.

And to drink, I was hankerin for an Imperial Weizen wheat beer from New Glarus Brewing. Heady, unfiltered, rich start, tart finish,... reminiscent of spice, grapefruit, straw and crisp hops. Love it. Not for the meek and inexperienced.

Great looking meal. I agree about the menu at Squid Lips, BUT when you are snowed in I can walk across the street in my shorts and eat and drink there and then crawl home, 100 yards away. LOL

Looks awesome, they just opened the grouper season here in North Carolina, May 1st. If the wind ever stops maybe we can catch some!! What kind of seasoning did you use.
