Try this. Use a light coating of mayo and then cover with cojita cheese and sprinkle with cayenne.
Or, to answer your question, use swamp venom. It will add a nice kick -

I may be in the minority here - but I don't use any rubs at all - just brush with butter. Last weekend grilled fresh Silver King corn on Sunday. On Monday I used leftover corn in a corn/tomato/onion/okra medley...the corn had a light smokey flavor - delicious!
