It is raining here today but I decided to harken back to my heritage and try a Finnish rye bread in a cast iron dutch oven and some kebobs using a grilling cheese called Guernsey Girl from a local cheese maker. Described as "this cheese carmelizes to a crispy golden on the outside yet retains a soft and supple interior. Perfect for Pannini, salads, kabobs".
