I'm very excited - pick up my new baby this Saturday.
I cannot wait to give her a test run. Not new to smoking, but I know there will be a learning curve.
Anyway, look forward to sharing my journey with all of you!

Thank you all very much.
I live outside Pittsburgh, Pa., and have been smoking with an offset for several years.
Now, I'm like a kid in a candy store! Ordered my AR and Spider, and found myself "needing" a wok! :woohoo:
For now, just want to get the new baby home and safe. I've read that 4-5 low-n-slows are recommended for gasket break-in?
Sounds like a weekend BBQ! -

Welcome to the 'religion' (as a friend of mine calls it) :woohoo:
Will we see you at Pittsburgh Eggfest 7/30?

Welcome to the cult. Apron and secret decoder software will arrive shortly. If there is an Eggfest close to you it's worth to go and observe and taste and ask questions. Lots of eggeheads out there ready to answer questions and make at least two suggestions for every question.
